Every piece is made in a limited run with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or fit preference. Please use our sizing chart and height guide before ordering—if you're still unsure, reach out before purchasing, and we'll help.
We will replace or refund your item if it arrives damaged or faulty.
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at molitva.co@gmail.com
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or fault.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund, including return postage for the faulty item. If your size has sold out, we'll issue a refund.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- General wear or damage caused after delivery
