Returns And Exchanges
Wrong size
We'll happily exchange for your preferred size if it's in stock, provided the item is returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Contact us at molitva.co@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
- Return postage for size exchanges is the customer's responsibility, including international orders.
- If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll issue store credit equal to your order payment. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Change of mind
Outside of the legal cancellation rights below, we don't offer refunds for change of mind — you're welcome to use the size exchange process above where eligible.
EU, UK & Norway: your right to cancel
If you're ordering from the European Union, United Kingdom, or Norway, you have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it and receive a full refund of the item price and standard shipping paid.
- Email us at molitva.co@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to tell us you're withdrawing from the purchase.
- Return the item at your own cost, unworn and in its original condition, within 14 days of notifying us.
- We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof you've shipped it back.
This right applies in addition to, not instead of, the exchange and faulty-item options above.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
- Contact us at molitva.co@gmail.com as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can sort it quickly.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or fault.
Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund, and we'll cover return postage for the faulty item. If your size has sold out, we'll issue a full refund. This is separate from, and doesn't limit, your statutory consumer guarantee rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange or faulty-item claims under the same conditions above.

Shipping timelines and costs depend on the destination of your order. All prices listed are in AUD; your total in local currency is shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days before dispatch, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note: during festival and event dates where we're vending in person (check our Instagram for active dates), dispatch of online orders may be delayed by a few extra days. Dispatch times may also be extended during major sales or product drops due to high order volume.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard, with tracking included.
