Shipping Policy
Shipping timelines and costs depend on the destination of your order. All prices listed are in AUD; your total in local currency is shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days before dispatch, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note: during festival and event dates where we're vending in person (check our Instagram for active dates), dispatch of online orders may be delayed by a few extra days. Dispatch times may also be extended during major sales or product drops due to high order volume.
Australia
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days — FREE
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days — +$10

International
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard, with tracking included.
- New Zealand — $9 — 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada — $22.20 — 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland, Serbia & Norway — $28.30 — 10–18 business days

- For international orders, applicable customs duties, import taxes and fees are calculated automatically at checkout and charged in addition to the shipping cost listed above — so the total you pay at checkout is the full landed cost, with nothing extra collected on delivery. This includes US orders, where customs duty applies regardless of order value.
- International delivery times above are shipping estimates only and don't account for customs processing delays, which can add extra time.
